Registration Information

Registration Fee Policy

All registration fees include a non-refundable $50.00 deposit.

Your full fee must be received by EMF, by 5 pm, Friday, May 9. Any payments received after this time will incur an additional $50.00 late fee.

Cancellations received prior to 5pm, May 16, EMF will refund monies paid less the $50 deposit.

Cancellations received after 5pm, May 16, (or "no show") will not receive a refund.

Registration closes May 16.

2025 REGISTRATION FEES

Double Room
$435 per person, separate registrations required. You must name a roommate, EMF will not assign roommates.

Single Room
$475

Commuter
$340 Includes meals, no accomodations

Non-Participant (any age)
$250 Includes double room accomodation & meals

Non-Participant Commuter
(any age)
$200 Includes meals only

Before registering, please have your sessions selected and know the faculty name. The registration form only uses the faculty name.

The link below takes you to the jotform.com website which handles our registration.

When you "SUBMIT" your registration you will be linked to the secure PayPal site where you can pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.

Mail in payments will NOT be accepted.
