EMF Registration Options

Registration Fee Policy

All registration fees include a non-refundable $100.00 deposit.

Your full fee must be received by EMF, by 5 pm, Friday, May 8. Any payments received after this time will incur an additional $50.00 late fee.

Cancellations received prior to 5pm, May 15, EMF will refund monies paid less the $100 deposit.

Cancellations received after 5pm, May 15, (or "no show") will not receive a refund.

Registration closes May 15.

2026 REGISTRATION FEES

Double Room
$445 per person, separate registrations required. You must name a roommate, EMF will not assign roommates.

Single Room
$485

Commuter
$350 Includes meals, no accomodations

Non-Participant (any age)
$260 Includes double room accomodation & meals

Non-Participant Commuter
(any age)
$210 Includes meals only

You will sign up for an A and a B sesession. These are not multiple options for either session. You will take the same A session 3 times. You will take the same B session 3 times.

Before registering, please have your sessions selected and know the faculty name for the session. The registration form only uses the faculty name.

When you "SUBMIT" your registration you will be linked to the secure PayPal site where you can pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.
